When we first cupped this Pacas from Denilson Madrid we knew immediately that it was something very special. We describe this coffee as being electric, having a super juicy and vibrant acidity with a clearly defined gooseberry quality with undertones of chocolate. A delicious representation of Honduran coffee.
This coffee just took second place in the cup of excellence traditional varieties category.
