Colombia - Jorge Rojas - Anaerobic Washed Geisha

Jorge Rojas is a fourth generation farmer in Planadas, Tolima, Colombia.  Jorge grows multiple varieties on his farm and is always looking for ways to improve the quality of his coffee. Through experimentation he has created his own unique style of processing and drying. 

This coffee is very tropical and juicy with a tea like texture. In the cup we find notes of raspberry, kiwi and green grape.
