Ecuador - Vinka - Washed Mosto Sidra

We are excited to release this Ecuadorian coffee from Vinka in the Loja region. This Mosto processed Sidra is Bright and fruity with notes of cascara, red grape, and watermelon. Mosto is a processing method which takes active microorganisms and metabolites from previous coffee fermentations to use as a natural starter culture  for the next batch.
