Honduras - El Itacayo - Washed Geisha

This is the second time we have had a pleasure to offer this washed Geisha from Arturo's farm El Itacayo. Arturo and his family have been at the forefront of building up specialty coffee in Santa Barbara. They have built a strong community and they are consistently working together to improve the coffee from the region.

We got to spend time on his farm earlier this year. It was such a great experience to see the beauty of the land and see the meticulous care that Arturo puts into the coffee. For this lot we get notes of oolong, matcha and date.
