Honduras - La Peña - Washed Pacas

We are so grateful to be able to offer this washed Pacas from La Peña for the second year in a row. It was one of our favorite coffees last year, and this year is no different. Not only is it an exceptional coffee, but we also got the chance to spend time with Denilson on his farm this year. It was such a special experience to walk through the farm and see all the effort he puts into ensuring the quality is the best it can be. His hard work has been rewarded by placing second last year and fourth place this year in the Cup of Excellence competition. 

We had the pleasure of enjoying this Pacas both on the cupping table and on his farm. What we enjoy most about this coffee is the incredible acidity, texture and sweetness. In the cup we find notes of gooseberry, green apple, and date.
