Honduras - Reynaldo Paz - Washed Pacas

During our trip to Honduras we had the pleasure of meeting Reynaldo and getting to spend time with him on his farm. Reynaldo is in his 60's and does all the work on his farm himself. In the past he has sold his cherries to his neighbor for him to process. This is the first year that his coffee has been sold as a separate micro lot. 

In the cup we are tasting notes of date, fig and pomegranate.
