Peru - Juan Cruz - Washed Caturra

This coffee is produced by Juan Cruz who is part of the Aromas del Valle cooperative in Cajamarca, Peru. The cooperative was started in 2015 and is composed mainly of young producers in the region and has brought a lot of support and resources for coffee growers in the area. 

This Caturra reminds us of orange, vanilla and mango.
