This is a coffee that’s been in the works for quite some time, an Alchemy-processed lot grown in Wadi Jannat, Yemen. Yemeni coffees are special for their extremely limited availability, distinctive flavor profiles, and deep-rooted coffee history. We’re honored to offer this lot—it’s a true fruit bomb with vibrant notes of strawberry and cherry, complemented by a wonderfully syrupy mouthfeel.

The Alchemy processing relies on a combination of pressure (up to 10 bar/145 psi), temperature control, gas regulation and managed drying, to develop a truly unique coffee with unparalleled flavour expression and structure.
